About The Digital Past, HIST390-001
The Digital Past, HIST390-001, is about doing historical research and scholarship using a range of tools and resources that are available on the web. This semester, we will practice digital skills as we look at particular historical themes or research methodologies.
You’ll combine these skills to create a digital project that asks and answers an historical inquiry question. Your successful completion of this course fulfills dual requirements: George Mason University’s general education requirements in information technology and history credit.
Use the class blog to keep track of current classroom issues, to ask questions, for how-to information, and projects during the semester.
